In all my sacred sound making, the hides are processed by me, by hand and spirit. Every step of the process from hunting to transforming is done with the ancient magic of spirit connection. As I flesh, stir, tend, and transform each hide; I am also listening to and merging with the spirit of that animal. I have them share with me all they want me to see and know about them so I can give voice to their magic, medicine, and power of essence. Each a lesson and blueprint for how to be a better being. Every offering comes with the storied ancestory of these animals as their skin gives birth to many many little bodies of sacred sound medicine.

It’s SO much more than just making or receiving a rattle. It’s a healing journey of deep reflections, profound declarations, honest forgiveness, and prove to yourself that you are so much more than just a human. Sound is an original energy medicine. Before the books and workshops and certifications…sound helps us heal. Sound moves energy in waves so it doesn’t need to make sense…it just creates the space and the path for you to release and activate. I say that rattles are epic shit shifters because they joyfully break free and scoot out the lower energies we may be carrying. And each one has such a fun and chute personality.
