Death chart…

My sister-friend, and fellow free-range magic maker, Lena has blessed us with a death chart for Portal. She has also done this for Vision Quest Living. Since these two elk are related in life and compounded in spirit, this is a special addition that may not be done anywhere else. Never say never, but it’s because of these two together that she had the inspiration…so I don’t know if this will be done again in the future.

Dehairing…

sometimes do get what you want…I wonder if it’s related to offering myself to what I want? What do you think?

Rebirth. From one body, many are born…

3 drums, one for me and two for others. My drum was woven in a new way and it turned out wonky. Hard to handle and big ripples in the head. The two for others, I was called to salt the drum heads before weaving it all together. You see, by not going through the watery fire of the dehairing process, the skin behaves differently. It’s more rigid and less available for surrender. So, I tried salting, and it worked really well. Oracling that you don’t have to go through the fire to change…you can purify in other ways that add too rather than take away. Back to my drum…the feeling I get from the deep ripples is a mountain-ous energy and I kinda want to leave it “messed up”. The drum itself is undecided, and so I’m going to not do anything until it is rabidly clear. Portal is telling me that one way to be the portal of alchemy and living healed is to not know until you know and my drum is teaching me this patience. (and I’m not the best with patience…so of course it’s what I’m being given to do) #theothersideoffearistrust

Rattle necklaces will have voices made from black tourmaline and seraphinite. She requires two energies to make up her voice…one for each side…one for both…both for all.

Mondo hand rattles will have corn as well as the two gemstones.

Every rattle no mater the size, has it’s own unique frequency through it’s sound. Even though they are made up of the same stuff, they are different! #justlikeus
